Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all weights, dampers, and hardware are included in the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our quality control facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
